PXCG-120 charger stuck on standy

update - user error; seems I wasn’t connecting the battery fully for it to start charging 😖🤯 All sorted.

My PXCG-120 Ozito charger for my Ozito power x-change battery is stuck in standby mode (green flashing light when plugged to AC point & no battery connected.

One tried it with multiple power points with the same result.
How do I fix this please?
