Hi I wish to repair the concrete floor of the garage I rent. The landlord is happy for us to do so. It has been previously painted which has a fair bit of wear. The big problem is there's uneven depression areas largest of which are about 1cm deep 5cm wide and 20cm length. Other are multiple some holes. We want to level surface then repaint.
Hello @laurelb22
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about repairing your concrete floor.
If the garage is no longer being used as a garage, it would be possible to use self-levelling concrete to fix the dips and depressions in the floor. If the holes you were referring to are not so deep even those can be filled with self-levelling cement as well.
However, in order to give our members a better idea of the condition of the floor, would it be possible for you post a photo of it? We can then offer more suggestions on possible repair alternatives.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
