How to replace slate tiles in outdoor area?

Has anyone replaced slate tiles in an outdoor area.  Should I source professional

help or could I tackle part of the job myself,

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about replacing your slate tiles.

If you've done tiling before you might be able to replace the slate tile yourself. However, if this is your first time tiling, I recommend engaging the services of a professional tiler. A professional will be able to shape the slate tile and use the proper adhesive to repair your floor. In regards to removal, I would leave it to the professional as well. Any mistake in the removal of the slate tile could affect the surrounding tiles as well and you end with a larger repair job.
