Hey guys just wondering if theres an easy fix for this problem instead of taking the whole thing apart. I was also wondering is there meant to be something where the hole is. Thanks in advance

It appears that the spout screws onto the exposed threaded section. Given that the wall prevents it from undoing in situ, it sounds like the threads are damaged, which has allowed it to be pulled off. I can't think of any way to re-install the spout without removing the whole tap. Even then, I suspect that it won't secure adequately, given that it has already come off.
You might be looking at replacing the tap if there is damage to the spout threads.
