Hi,
Bottom side of our exterior garage door is not sealed for water ingress. Any paint or sealant suggestion to seal this? Water has caused the door to warp already.
Thank you

Hi @badmojo,
Thank you for your question.
I'd start by fixing the delamination that has happened by applying Gorilla Wood Glue to the bottom face of the door and clamping with clamps such as Irwin 150mm Quick-Grip Mini Bar Clamp and two pieces of Specrite 70 x 35mm 0.9m Short Pine while the glue sets. Once dry, remove the clamps and sand to a flat finish, removing any glue squeeze out that might have happened.
I'd advise a good quality exterior paint such as Dulux 4L Vivid White Gloss Weathershield Exterior Paint as a sealer.
