hi team iam looking to replace double garage rolling door bottom seal but when checked couldn't match existing with it B&D or moroday bottom seal with item number 4000019 so can you help me based on image which one I should buy as some asking to remove the seal and show the clear edge but I couldn't remove it and it has T ends so couldn't understand how people using U shaped bottom seals

I have attached some photos of where the screw is located on my roller door, once you remove one of the vertical sliding rail, (mine is on the door control motor end), then the screw, if you have one, then you can slide old seal out, once done clean the bottom guide, and install the new seal, make sure you leave an overhang of material, (same amount as the old seal) so it can be screwed back in position. This is how I did mine, you just need to get the correct seal, good luck.
Isolate power supply as instructed by @EricL then remove vertical rail.
Only one screw on door motor control side
