The specific timber material that was used will likely determine the best product for you to use.
Is it possible to get some photos of the timber flooring you are looking to paint? Do you know the specific timber product that was used?
This will help our members see what you are dealing with and make recommendations that are specific to your circumstances. Let me know if you need a hand uploading images. I'm happy to help if required.
I can't say I'm aware of a paint that is designed for this specific purpose as it is a fairly uncommon circumstance.
There are decking paints like Cabot's Timbercolour which can be used to paint timber surfaces like decks, but I don't know how well they would hold up to the tread on tyres.
