Will Bunnings cut the plastic lattice? I need it cut in half so the 1800 x 900 piece becomes two 900 x 900’s
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Kexkez. It's amazing to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about cutting plastic lattice.
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to cut your plastic lattice in-store. Cutting the lattice at home with a circular saw or fine-toothed hand saw could be an option. The plastic is relatively soft, so shouldn't put up much resistance. It would be best to set up a straight edge to cut along to keep you on track.
Please let me know if you have further questions.

Darn that’s a shame. Looks like I’m going to have to bring a saw with me to the store and cut in the carpark. The lattice is about 20 cm too long to fit in my car.
hi! I am about to undertake a DIY I have been avoiding for years. My pantry!
I am hoping to get some shelving precut in a U shape, I think melamine will be the best option. Can I get this done at bunnings? Edging covers included?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @tsvchristie. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about our cutting service.
Could you post a sketch of how you'd need the shelving cut or provide a few more details, so we can better understand what you require? If you want a U shape removed from a melamine board as per the image below, then, unfortunately, that is not something we can do on our saws. Our saws only allow us to cut the length and width of a panel down to size.
In order to remove a section out of a board, you'd need to do this with a jigsaw and then apply your own edging strips.
I look forward to hearing more about your project. Please let me know if you have any questions.

HI, I want to cover a garage bench that is presently covered in old lino on top of plywood. I want to replace the lino with vinyl tiles, but before that I want to attach a more solid base for the tiles. I was thinking of cement sheets or some timber to cover the plywood on top of the bench (250cm x 60cm). Is there a suitable product that Bunnings sells that can be cut to size in store and would be suitable for the vinyl tiles sold by Bunnings?
Thanks.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Ozdemon. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about our cutting service.
Most of our sheet products finish at 2400mm, so you'd need to have two separate boards cut up to suit your tabletop. That shouldn't be an issue as long as you adequately secure them, especially at the joint. I'd recommend formply as it has a perfect surface to adhere the tiles to and is very dense. If you can let me know your closest store, I can phone ahead and verify that they'll be able to cut the formply in-store for you.

Is Bunnings able to cut the following product?
https://www.bunnings.com.au/specrite-1800-x-600mm-26mm-timber-panel-pine-glulam-fj_p0312972
Hello @thydzik
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. Thank you for joining the discussion.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cut the Specrite panels on our saws. This is due to their 26mm thickness and laminated construction.
Another option would be to cut the panel at home with a circular saw. This handy guide on getting to know your circular saw should give you ideas on how to accomplish it.
If you're not able to cut the panel at home, I recommend speaking with one of our team members at your local store's Special Orders Desk. The team can show you options regarding timber benchtops and order them in the size that you need.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
