The Bunnings Workshop community can help with your home improvement projects.
In a very challenging year, our community members have shown great resilience and character. It's been wonderful to see members helping and inspiring each other during the year by sharing helpful advice and their incredibly creative projects.
At Workshop we are really passionate believers in the power of community and how community can enable a sense of belonging, purpose and connection.
Supporting each other is key to getting through difficult times, and we are reminded on this R U OK? Day that support is always available when you need it.
R U OK? Day encourages everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with anyone who might be struggling.
If you are having a difficult time, we'd encourage you to open up to someone you trust about how you're feeling. And if you've been dealing with tough emotions for longer than a couple of weeks, we would really encourage you to connect with a trusted health professional like your local doctor. If you need help or someone to talk to there are a number of helplines that you can call.

Could not agree more with the reply from @diy_hausdesigns.
Well done to yourself and @Jason for very good posts on the topic.
Love this community. Invaluable in a multitude of ways. Thank you Jason, all members, Mitchell and Bunnings.
R U OK? Day is here again – an important reminder to meaningfully connect with people around us and and start a conversation with those who may be struggling with the ups and downs of life.
This year’s theme is “No qualifications needed”, which states that you don't need to be an expert to reach out to talk to anyone. You just need to be able to have an open and honest conversation. The R U OK? organisation advocates that people with a strong sense of belonging are likelier to reach out and ask for help when needed.
At Bunnings Workshop, we continue celebrating the power of the community and how community can enable a sense of belonging, purpose and connection. We’ve seen many D.I.Y. projects come to fruition from the help they’ve received in Workshop, with many members proudly sharing they’ve become more confident as they progress along their D.I.Y. journey.
Connecting and sharing can indeed help to make things easier, and if you are having a difficult time, we'd encourage you to reach out to someone you trust about how you're feeling.
Visit the R U OK? website for more information. It also includes resources on how you can help someone in need.

Well said
It was a good R U OK day today. Our core male friend group makes a habit on checking in with each other every year on this day, offer either a group or private chat or even organise a get together to boost spirits. Really makes me appreciate having friends like that.
Workshop is a friendly place to learn, get ideas and find inspiration for your home improvement projects
We would love to help with your project.
