Is it possible to replace these LED ceiling lights with something brighter?

You would have to speak with an electrician about the possibility of replacing the internal components. The most straightforward approach would be to have them switch over the entire light for a brighter unit. I recently had some of these LED ceiling lights installed, and at 18w, they would be significantly brighter than your 12w version. They also have a 24w version if you want something super bright.
When it comes to electrical work, always engage a qualified electrician for installations, repairs, or upgrades. Mishandling electrical components can lead to serious risks such as fire hazards or electrocution. Prioritise your safety by enlisting the services of a qualified electrician.
