I have an Ozito Power File in which the (rather small) carbon brushes have worn out - as they are designed to do in most electric motors. Usually, the brushes would be easaily replaced and available as a spare part, but not the case with this Ozito Power File. So for the want of a set of carbon brushes the tool is useless, although the rest of the tool is in good condition. It seems to me that Ozito is withholding spare parts so that we have to buy new tools. I think I have a right to repair my tools. From an environmental point of view, the waste here is phenomenal and reflects an incredibly greedy and irresponsible policy by Ozito, in my opinion. I would advise all purchasers to be careful about buying tools that you cannot repair.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workhsop community @miloz and thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to read that Ozito's support hasn't met your expectations.
If you would like to share more details about the exact model number of your tool, one of our resident Bunnings D.I.Y. experts would be happy to assist and investigate your options.
Thanks again,
Jason
Hi Jason,
I tried without success to obtain spares from my local Bunnings in Maroochydore, also on the phone to Bunnings, to Ozito direct and companies that supply brushes although not specifically Ozito spares.
The file was purchased at Bunnings Maroochydore; Ozito FSR-3000 FILE SANDER

Hi @miloz,
I've gotten in touch with our Spare Parts team who are currently doing some investigation and will get back to me as soon as they can.
As soon as I have a response from them, I will update you.
Please bear with me.
