When our front verandah was tiled a few years ago there has been some grout hazing ever since & it’s difficult to remove. Can someone please recommend a suitable product to clean this up without damage to the tiles & the existing grout?

Hi Tony
Its not an issue with the tile or the skills of the tiler. Its a natural phenomenon which affects tile exposed to moisture.

Do you think @Tony's issue is the same efflorescence problem that the original post @Mitch16 is facing? The only reason why it appears this might be grout haze instead is that he had only recently installed the tiles, and I can't imagine that the tiles have had enough time to build up mineral salts on their surface.
