Hi All,
I am noticing a few bulges and cracks on my ceiling. Anyone knows what this is and why is it happening? Photos attached. Also please share some ideas on how I can fix it.

It's a bit hard to tell from your images what's the cause of this damage. Could you take some closer images and provide something for us to reference size? The first image appears to be a dent in the ceiling, or are they both bulging out from it? Either way, it looks like you need to chip out any loose material and fill the damage with a plaster filler. It will then need to be sanded back flush with the surrounding area, primed and painted.
