I am learning from trial and error and really just accident so sharing with others and sharing back we may be able to create some good learning information for us all.
Please post below starting with what the trick is as the title then how to do so as the body of information.

Hi Eric,
I bought antig, please find image as shown.
if you could assist as per my request earlier
that will be great help
Hi @Dithu,
I can't say I'm sure what @CSParnell has done to have the "more" option in their app.
I suspect that it is showing up because he has added custom automation.
Hopefully, he can clarify shortly.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Jacob
Hi mate,
It's been a little while since I have set this up and I have moved it around on a few AC units but I believe it is within when setting up the software controller when going through trying to find the remote that works with the unit it found one with more options or I've opted to setup more button afterwards via Edit, Add More Buttons.
I have the keysafe DL111HA and the smart hub, and I am totally confused.
When I bought the 2 devices, my plan was to simplify my support workers and emergency personnel access into my home.
Ha bloody ha
Where is the instruction manual? and I'm not talking about the Quick Start Guide
I have now paired the key safe and the smart hub to my phone, only to now have the key safe showing as offline. I have restarted my router and re paired as per the site instructions, the safe is still offline
Hello @AussieMum
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your key safe DL111HA and smart hub.
I've forwarded your query to the customer service team at Arlec via email and will follow it up tomorrow as well. The only thought that occurs to me is that perhaps the battery for the key safe is low or is too far from the smart hub and the signal is either dropping off or is having a difficult time getting through as there are too many obstructions in the way. If you wish to call ahead the Arlec customer service team number is (03)9982 5111. As soon as we get a response, we'll get back to you.
Thank you for your patience.
Eric
Hi all,
Just after a bit of advice.
Context: I've started using the GridConnect system for a few things around the house—smart light switches and power points mainly. So far, so good.
I’ve got a 125L electric element hot water system that’s nearly 10 years old, with a rated power input of 3600W. I’d like to add it to my GridConnect setup so I can run it during off-peak tariff hours (less than half the cost of peak!).
Question: I’m looking for a smart inline switch that can handle at least 15A, ideally something within the Grid Connect ecosystem. Does such a product exist? Or has anyone managed something similar another way? I'd like something I can hand to my sparky to install.
Thanks,
Chris
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @chrisduffield79. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about Grid connect devices.
I don't believe I've come across a device in that range capable of what you've described, but let me mention @CSParnell to see if he has any thoughts.
I would have thought you'd need to have your electrician install a dedicated off-peak circuit for the hot water heater. I believe that's what I have, and it only allows power to it during off-peak times. I could be confused, though.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
Hey Chris,
Your hot water system will be connected at 15amp CB as 3.6kw / 240v = 15a so you have a couple of choices and I'm afraid all will mostly involve the service of a licensed electrician.
You can replace your hot water element down to a 2.4kw element which brings it down to 10amp and then you have a range of Grid Connect devices you can use from plug tops, socket outlets, smart plugs and so on.
Your other choice is not get caught up in making everything smart (line I did) and go the old fashion way and get a timer installed in your switch board on the hot water circuit that limits when the hot water comes on and gives you control.
Sometimes less is more.
I hope that helps some
I have a WiFi repeater for my video doorbell which is located towards the front of my home and I've just moved the hub right next to it.
It's still not connecting
