The Bunnings Workshop community can help with your home improvement projects.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @mia2. We're pleased to have you join us.
Could we please trouble you for a little more information about what we're looking at? What is this and what purpose does it serve? How did it get damaged?
Many thanks,
Jason
I have the roof installed and roof man found out that part(it looks like a cement on brick wall).
It causes water leaks and gaps around window frams inside and inside wall has dampness.
Sorry @mia2, could you please clarify further?
You just had a professional replace your roof or is this a new build? Why was the roof specialist not able to address this problem for you?
And I'm still unclear what we are looking at and what purpose it serves. Please provide some more information and I can tag some of our helpful members to assist.
Many thanks,
Jason
When I had the roof done, it was not included in quote. Roof man took photo of theis back of the wall on the roof and informed me to fix it. I don't know which trade I need to get quotes from.
OK, thank you @mia2. I'd imagine any general tradesperson could complete the repair for you, but could you please take a photo of the other side for us? It might help to explain what we are looking at. Then our members would be in a better position to suggest next steps.
Jason
Afternoon @mia2
Id suggest a builder to repair it. You could also do ityourself if you are confidant of cutting a sheet af hardiplank. If you are concerned about working at heights and cutting the sheet then a general builder for sure.
