Thank you very much for sharing that picture of your BBQ area. It's looking great and it appears you've made excellent progress.
I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - Concrete tabletop project by @markw. It's a well-documented guide that shows you how they built their benchtop. It has excellent tips and recommendations on how to remove concrete bubbles and what reinforcing to use.
I recommend having a look at the Easy Mix 20kg 55MPa Super Strength Concrete as this is what they used to build their benchtop. I suggest calling your local store to make sure they have this in stock.
