The perfect BBQ finisher - what do you use?
Hey all
I've become quite partial to a last minute drizzle of smoked honey on anything I've smoked, and also maybe a little smoked salt.
Curious to know what everyone else uses?
Cheers
Ben

@MoonshineBen, I'm curious. Smoked meat drizzled with smoked honey and then topped off with some smoked salt sounds awfully smokey. Does it not get a bit much?

@Jackson depends on the cut, but should have added "not always at the same time". The smoked honey is a drizzle, and the smoked salt is for those that are usually done a bit more hot and fast.

I want to try some smoked honey @MoonshineBen. Sounds delicious.
I reckon some mustard is my favourite finisher. We also always make some simple tzatziki when cooking lamb - delicious!

Ah @MoonshineBen, that makes sense. Like @Jason, I really want to try smoked honey too. I'm going to have to procure some for summer.
I can't go past ketchup as my favourite BBQ finisher, but also love anything with chipotle in it... and mustard... and hot sauce... and... basically every condiment.
