Hi
Can anyone guess the roof colour? We are repainting. So trying to be as close as possible. Also if you could recommend any specific colour which matches with the house that would be great too. Which gloss level is trendy now? Thanks
Hi @Farhana,
Any chance we could get a closer image of the tile? It looks like a blue/grey colour, possibly similar to Dulux Ironstone. However, the colour used for the tile likely isn't a paint colour but an oxide mixed into the tiles. If this is a new house, you might like to return to the builder and find out what company supplied the tiles. You'd then be able to check what colours they had available.
To clarify, are you repainting the roof? If so, you'll need to choose from the available colours the roof painting company offers. You'd pick the closest they have to your current colour.
For complimentary colours that match the house, could we please get a wider shot that better shows what you're working with?

Hi Mitchell
thanks for your reply. The house is 15 years old. We are repainting it. I am attaching a picture of the old tile and the house picture.
To clarify, @Farhana, are you painting the roof and the exterior walls?
You might like to drive around your local area and take note of the colour schemes you like. Here's some inspiration from Dulux with their popular exterior paint schemes.
Classically those darker grey blues have been paired with creams as in your current scheme. Do you want to move away from that? Have you seen inspiration images that you like the look of?
Typically, exterior walls are painted in a low sheen.

Only the roof. Gave the wall picture to give a bit of idea about the colour of the house.
Thanks for clarifying, @Farhana.
How are you planning on having the roof painted? As mentioned previously, the available colours will likely be dictated by what's on offer from the roof painting company you select. They might have several colours you can choose from, but it would be hard to suggest a colour for you without knowing what's available. We can certainly give you our recommendations if you can show us the available colours from the company you select.
