A Toilet Drain Cover made of Concrete has Broken and i need it Replaced asap , can you Please Help?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @William7. It's marvellous to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about building a drain cover.
The easiest way I can think of to replicate the cover would be to cut a piece of 3mm plywood so it fits within the recessed lip portion of the drain. You might need to pop something inside to support the midsection. After inserting the plywood, take some kitchen cling wrap and cover it. Ensure you cover the edges of the concrete and out onto the surface. This will provide a layer to stop the new concrete from binding to the old. Mix up some concrete and pour some on top of the plywood. Add a small piece of chicken wire for reinforcement, as this will help prevent the new cover from cracking. Top up the concrete until it is level with the surrounding surface and smooth.
Once the concrete has dried you'll be able to remove the cling wrap and plywood and install install the new drain cover.
Let me tag @Dave-1 and @Noyade for their thoughts.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Afternoon @William7
Ive just been trying to find an off the shelf solution from a plumber store, Manhole cover is about the closest term that I can find to describe what to look for even 😕 I didnt not find anything.
@MitchellMc's suggestion is how i would go as being the easiest and fastest way to replace the lid. Id add one more thing to it tho and that is a piece of wire bent like the electrical "ohm" symbol inserted into the concrete lid you make, just to give something to lift the lid out by.
_n_ - kinda like this shape, you could also make a little dip in the center so the metal hoop dosnt protude.
Dave
All of the above.
I tend to try and use left over materials, so I was thinking of using a Bunnings curtain rod end for a cleaner 'hook' finish. I just drilled (they're thick aluminum) holes and tapped M8 threads. You just cut the rod to the required length and insert into the wet concrete - up to the lip.
Just a late afternoon thought @William7

Hello @William7
If you're after someone to do it for you, I suggest posting the job on Airtasker or Hipages. Make sure to include as much detail as you can so that you can get an immediate response from the trades. I propose having another look at giving this project a go, it does not involve a lot of materials or tools and can be accomplished in a short of amount of time.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
Eric
I can't help you out personally @William7
As a temporary 'plug' till you get it sorted - I was wondering if a cast iron barbell weight of around 140mm would suffice.
Round.
Heavy.
Contoured edges.
Ready made hole for lifting.
Just a thought.
Cheers.
