A crack appeared outside of my house in a pillar which looks like built for cosmetic look.
Its a horizontal crack and has expanded within last month from one end to other.
I need advice /suggestions on what to do, is it a structural issue ? Or it can be just filled with some product, Pls help I am very concerned.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Umair_N. It's sensational to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about repairing a crack in render.
I'd recommend you take a look at this helpful step-by-step article: How to repair a rendered wall.
Due to the crack surrounding the post, it's likely this is a sheet join location. If, after you've repaired the crack, it cracks again, further assessment should be carried out by a professional as you might need to remove the render from that section and ensure that the cement sheeting underneath is secured adequately and that the boards a joined together.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Mitchell, thanks for the advice.
Can you recommend me some one who can do this?
ALso how heavy will this be on my wallet :d
Hi @Umair_N,
You might like to look towards services such as Airtasker or Hipages to enlist a professional. To have the crack repaired aesthetically by filling it should not be too expensive. However, having the render removed to ensure the sheets are fixed appropriately and then having the crack repaired could incur more cost.
I'd just have someone fill the crack and see how you go, as that might resolve the issue if there is not a significant ongoing movement in the column.
