How to connect sand paper to sander without a pad?
Hi
I accidentally used my bosch sander without the sanding paper which damaged the pad connected to the sanding plate. Now I cannot stick any paper to the sander as the surface of the pad is gone. Is there an option to get a pad to attach it to the sanding plate instead of replacing the whole sanding plate?

Hi @AJ-DIYer,
Unfortunately, you'll likely have to replace the whole sanding plate, but if you can let me know the model number of the sander, I'd be happy to look into it for you.
Once you've provided further details, I'll see what I can find and I'll get back to you.

Re: how to connect sand paper to sander without a pad?
Hi @AJ-DIYer,
The swivel plates, which are those two lower plastic vibrating sections, can be ordered through our Special Orders counter from Bosch with product #2609000120. However, they do have a significant price tag associated with them of around $70. I'd recommend that you consider picking up a Ryobi 100W Palm Sander with Bag RPS100-S instead, as you'll then have a new warranty period with it.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
