How to lime wash exterior brick walls?

Hi community, 

Does anyone based in Perth have any experience with lime washing exterior brick walls? I have came across a few posts about it but they all recommended a product (Dingo hydrated lime) that is not available in Perth. Would appreciate any recommendations on hydrated lime product suitable for lime washing that I can find in Perth

Yeah I have seen those posts as I think its an interesting thing to try myself

A couple of the Bunnings crew have power issues with the weather in Brisbane atm. I will tag them so they can help out with what lime products are available in Perth

There is another product called Cockburn Cement 20kg Hylime and is very similar to hydrated lime. But please allow us to double check with our suppliers if it is suitable for limewashing exterior brick walls. As soon as we have more information, we'll get back to you.

Cockburn Cement 20kg Hylime is hydrated lime, so it should be fine for your lime-washing mixture.
