How to glue plastic to outdoor tiles?

Hello experts! I am installing a DIY irrigation system which requires two garden hoses to run along a wall.

I have designed and 3D printed suitable holders for the hoses (ASA plastic), the base of which is about 3cmx4cm (see pics). I now need to secure these to the red tiles (pics).

I have tried the Selleys 3in1, and the Selleys Liquid Nails exterior, but neither has been able to keep the plastic holder secured to the tile. The problem is that when the water is turned on, the pressure applies significant force to the hose, which twists the holders off the tile.

I have also tried adding extra slack to the hose and putting the hoses in the holders when the water is flowing but it doesn't seem to help.

Can anyone suggest a glue that would be more suitable? It needs to withstand the elements, as this area is in direct sunlight and is often exposed to rain water.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about adhesives.

I propose using Sika 290ml Sikaflex®-118 Extreme Grab Construction Adhesive on your paver. I recommend wiping the paving surface and the plastic surface with Isopropyl alcohol until both application areas are totally clean. Apply the Sika adhesive generously and push the clamp down to the surface. Place a heavy weight or item over the plastic hooks and leave to cure for at least 24hours. Once the adhesive cures you can then reattach the hoses back onto the clamp.

Method number two, if the adhesive fails, I suggest drilling mounting holes on your 3D hooks and use the STAHL Masonry Kit 8mm Drill With 50mm Blue Wall Plugs. This will keep the 3D hooks from pulling out. My final suggestion is to use DETA 20mm Metal Conduit Mounting Half Saddle - Single Pack in combination with Stahl masonry kit.

Thanks @EricL I will.take a look at the construction adhesive.

I should have mentioned that I would prefer to avoid drilling anything into the tiles. I suspect they might crack.

Would be open to other adhesive suggestions too.

Evening @okami 

I havnt had a lot of experience with gluing that type of products together. I will ask the workshop crew tomorrow tho I have seen them glue all types of materials together so hopefully I will have something for you then.

As a question B, is there a seperate route that you could take with the water pipes, maybe longer? You could then potentially use your 3D clips.
