Would love some idea for our study nook was thinking to use a kaboodle bench top for a desk with floating shelfs and for the wall to be a vjpanel feature wall
Good Evening @Bevstar
Interesting space to work with
Picture this -
- 600mm Practa 2200 x 600 x 26mm Acacia Timber Benchtop along the left wall, supported by some Kaboodle 600mm White Base Cabinet The power points are on this wall so no cable around the edges.
- The bench is at the window end.
- If you cut the bench shorter then you could put a bookcase at the begining of the room on the left hand side.
- 1550mm minis 600mm will give you around 900-950mm of seating space for your chair.

Like the ideas. Planning to have the desk on the right wall as when you enter the house you can see the wall
Hello @Bevstar
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about building a study nook.
I suggest having a look at these discussions:
The majority of these tables were built using the multi-purpose panels that can be used for kitchen benchtops and study or worktables. Have a good look at their construction and style. You can use smaller cabinets to act as custom shelves just like the one created by chaau.
