It would be best to speak with the team at the store of purchase to discuss the return of products. You can take the portable AC unit back to the store, and our team will assess its condition. As long as the product is in its original packaging and in a saleable condition, it should be fine for a return. We recommend bringing it in so the team can take a look and help you out.
