I absolutely hated the timber look laminate and green tiled splash back in our house.
so using a few cans of the white knight renew, the hardwood utility panels and white subway tiles I now have a bright, fresh new kitchen.

Brilliant work @NikkiMaree! A true testament of what can be achieved with a bit of D.I.Y. and inspiration. Is that a dark blue you've chosen for the cabinetry? It looks sensational.

Did you remove the cupboard doors for painting or painting in situ?
Would you recommend roller or brush?
one coat primer and 2 of the colour to get that awesome finish? Or just one too coat?
