The screw on the kitchen cabinet door has pulled out. What the best way to repair without replacing the door
What worked for me, at least partially, is using line trimmer line. Cut a small piece of it, about 2mm. Push into the hole. Screw in the screw. See if it holds.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @bnpg86. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about replacing a cabinet screw.
You might like to post a picture of where the screw has pulled out from so our helpful members have a better idea of what you are working with. Let me know if you need a hand uploading images. As @favorite0295 has mentioned, a piece of plastic or timber splinter pushed into the hole could provide enough purchase for the screw to bite back in. Alternatively, you could include a small amount of Liquid Nails, which will cure in the hole and glue the screw thread in there.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
