Apple tree leaves can turn yellow, dry up, and fall off soon after they grow due to several possible factors. Conduct a soil test to identify nutrient deficiencies and apply the correct fertilizer, avoiding over-fertilization. Treat pests like aphids with insecticidal soap or neem oil, and use fungicides for fungal diseases such as apple scab. Prune infected branches to manage bacterial diseases like fire blight.
