Hi, I have papaya tree about 8 month plant on land, I would like to protect trunk rotten. I bought YATES 200ml FUNGISIDE copper. my question is how to use it, either spray on leaves or trunk or around the root?
Cheers
Hi @Heru,
Many thanks for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
Copper Fungicide should be applied to the entirety of the tree to act as a physical barrier that will protect the tree if any fungal spores are to land on it.
I'd suggest grabbing a Aqua Systems 2L Garden Pressure Sprayer, mixing the fungicide to the ratio specified on the packaging and spraying the entire tree; leaves, stems and trunk to ensure the entirety of the plant is protected.
