How to level lawn and sewage inspection point?
Hi All,
My lawn is uneven. There is a significant dent in a particular section (4mx5m - 110mm deep from concrete- see pic). In this area, there is a sewage inspection point, which is also sunken over time - it has a concrete cover around it.
Any advice on approach to levelling the lawn ( and the inspection point casing) so it’s flush with the concrete slab? I would really appreciate any advice.
thank you

Re: How to level lawn and sewage inspection point?
Hello @vic_w
In this particular instance I suggest engaging the services of a registered plumber. Inspection junctions such as these can only be officially modified by professionals. You can also ask the plumber if it is possible to put the inspection point in a recessed container with a cover so that yo won't have to worry about running over it.
Please make sure to keep a copy of your docket so that should you get asked by your local council you can tell them that you had it professionally altered.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Eric
