Hi @Avishai,
I notice some drilled holes in the stump, so I presume someone has already poisoned it. It is not showing any signs of life, so it appears to have perished. Have there been any new green shoots?
If the stump has died, you can let it rot away over several years, attempt to cut it up yourself or have a professional grind the stump down to the ground.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank You Very Much, Mitchell.
Yes, I had drilled and used Epsom salt to fill the holes.
You have brilliantly spotted that no Green Life is coming from the tree any more.
I must admit, that your feedback means that you are indeed an expert.
Is there any way to avoid waiting for few years?
Smaller dead trees dropped by a push quit easily.
I saw a troubled tree in Albert Park.
Parks Victoria indicated that they do not use chemicals.
The reason to take off the tree is that the Brick Fence cracked.
Thank You 🙏 Very Much, Mitchell.
Kind Regards,
Avishai
You can hire these stump grinding machines - just check out Google to see where you can get one. Or otherwise - go crazy and chop it up with an axe......OR have you thought about using that stump to your advantage, ie. putting a pot plant on top of the stump, with a lovely, draping style of plant. In other words, make a feature of it.
