How to stick insulation to roller door?

Hi

i I have a Reflecta garage door insulation kit to fit,

wondering what is the best silastic to use to stick the 10 mm insulation to the roller door

Thank you very much for looking into that for me!

I'd wondered if there could be an issue with the sheeting and how the door kind of locks into itself as it rolls up.

Might just be time for a new panelled roller door.
