We have borrowed this trolley to help us shift furniture to the garage as house is being styled for market next month.
One of the wheels is continually flat and goes down even when pumped up. I went to Bunnings last week and bought a new wheel. However, it is smaller, maybe they no longer make the same size. What is the difference between offset and pnuematic? The size is 27cm diameter of the old one, measured from one side of the tyre to the other. Could both wheels fit and work if smaller and is this a job we can do ourselves? Do you know anyone who would fix it if we can't?
Cheers
"They're 10" wheels.
Outside tyre diameter is around 290mm
Axle is 19mm diameter.
Those Sherlock wheels would fit?"
I'm wondering if my cracked tyres are contributing to the overall 290mm outer tyre diameter?
The Sherlock would be a very close replacement then?

I don't believe they will @Noyade. How wide is it across the steel wheel section? Those Sherlock are only four inch.
At 290mm, those would be considered very large trolley wheels. They're more similar to a small wheelbarrow wheel. Are there a series of numbers on the tyre we can reference?

Thanks for looking into this @MitchellMc
Pretty sure a 10" wheel.
I'll recheck and get back to you.
Cheers!
Rough estimate is they would be around 40 years old.
Hand made welded trolley by my father.
The locking ring grub screw - is most definitely imperial - 1/8" hex.
See what ya think mate.
Cheers!
