have contacted ozito no response Can plastic head parts be replaced at all or can the below universal part be used on otito trimmer

I assume since you state Ozito have not responded that you may have only tried to contact via an Online Enquiry? Typically when I don't get responses within a reasonably time or needed to resolve an issue faster, I would make a call or if available chat support. Here are the contact numbers for Ozito.

It's common for bump caps to wear like yours due to effectively resting the head of the line trimmer on the ground while in use. Hence why the outer edge of the cap has worn all the way through.
As a tip moving forward to eliminate the excessive wear on the bump cap, here are a couple of tips to try:
And to help make the trimming line last longer, start further away from the cutting path and slowly make your way in before continuing along. You will also cut much faster with a neater cut. This is because it's only the last 10-15mm of the trimming line thats actually doing all the cutting. When you move too close in, especially against rocks and brick edging, the line bends and wears/breaks further up the line.
