I want to repaint the ceiling of my 2 car garage which is currently painted white over plaster.
There are alot of little scruff marks and dints. What is best to use for these first?
Would this be good enough for all the pictures attached? https://www.bunnings.com.au/selleys-180g-spakfilla-rapid-gap-filler-180g_p1231864
Also then when it comes to painting should I get a small tin of undercoat for these areas first before repainting?
Hello @raffi
Using Selleys 180g Spakfilla Rapid Gap Filler - 180g to fill the scuff marks should work nicely. Once the filler cures, I suggest sanding them down so that they are at the same level as the ceiling surface. Painting the filled areas with a primer would definitely be a plus as it guarantees that the first topcoat will come out evenly without any of the repaired sections looking dull.
Here is a handy step-by-step guide: How to paint a ceiling.
