This stylish dog kennel was made using recycled pallets, Colorbond offcuts, fence palings and plywood.
We made this dog kennel using recycled pallet timber, Colorbond offcuts, old fence pails and plywood. The kennel was finished off with a small solar light and stainless steel dog bowl.
This dog kennel is a great project to take on as a family and will look great in your backyard. Check out this step-by-step guide: D.I.Y. dog kennel.
Bunnings Workshop member SpencerGre built a dog kennel using recycled pallet timber and installed castor wheels for easy moving.
Workshop member Riley built this double dog bed frame using recycled pallets.
That looks fantastic! :-).
I like the recessed doggy bowl idea.
Your dog has a beautiful piece of real estate - but he looks unhappy?
Our dog has a less impressive residence. It's in a covered area where a gable roof was not needed. The problem - was me - I tried to make it too 'practical.'
Marine ply and I made shelves for storing dry food, leads, toys etc.
In the end he refuses to live there and has it simply became a storage area.
However, when it was for time for walkies - he would run inside and try and hide in the far corner and it was almost impossible to reach him.
So I put removable hinges and a handle on the front. He was shocked one day when the wall 'disappeared' and was detained.
Hi @Noyade
That's a very nice and practical dog hideaway. Too bad that your dog has realized that there is no place to hide.
