Re: laundry leakge issue

Hello @Poojana

It looks like the long spigot that holds the top and bottom of the basket waste has not been screwed tightly and is allowing water to pass through. I've placed an image below to give you an idea of the parts of your plug and waste. I suggest using a small adjustable wrench to turn the long spigot until it becomes very tight. Please note that it does not have to be overly tight, otherwise it will break the plastic lower bowl of the plug and waste.

As soon as you have tightened up the long spigot give the bottom of the waste and pluming a good wipe down to make sure they are dry. Test the plug and waste by tipping in a half pitcher of water. If you still get leaks, it might be necessary to change the rubber seal of your waste.

Please keep us updated with your progress, we look forward to seeing your leak repaired.

Eric
