Step 1 was to seal the bricks , it is a dark space as the laundry is under the home , bulls eye paint is amazing! , and vivid white top coat! Alot of painting was involved with this project...alot!
A false walls was built to house all electrical and plumbing so we didn't have to drill into brickwork. And the walls were not exactly straight.
Walls were lined with plaster board and waterproofed VJ board installed
Cabinetry was built and installed and finally bench and tiling began
