Re: How do i replace a roller?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @bysouthk. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about replacing a roller.
It appears that you'd likely need to replace the whole roller and bracket assembly. It looks rather proprietary and designed for your unit. Those rollers are a push fit onto their shafts, and the tolerances are so tight you might not be unable to remove and replace the roller easily. You could try inserting a flathead screwdriver behind the roller between it and the bracket and levering it off. Likely best to spritz the central shaft area with some WD40 and let it soak for a while before attempting. You might have limited success as the shaft could have been heated up before pressing the roller on. When the shaft cools, it locks the roller on. Without heating the shaft back up, you won't be able to get the roller off.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
