How to order replacement Mondella tap spindles?

Can Bunnings please let me know the Item Number is for replacement spindles for the Mondella shower wall mounted taps. I have the number for the Basin tap Spindles but cannot find on the Bunnings website and need to order as the leaks are getting worse. Thanks Steve

There are a few different models of the Mondella wall taps. Would it be possible for you to post a photo of the handles and model name of the tap. We can then track down the proper spindles for your wall tap.

The shower taps are from Mondella bought at Bunnings Joondalup in March or April 2019.

Thank you for the photo of your Mondella spindles. You can order this directly through our spare parts department on 1800 772 737 or submit an inquiry through the Bunnings spare parts page. The team member I spoke to has mentioned that this is a specially ordered part and is not available as a regularly stocked item. The part number you are after is Mondella KSP0164 - please note that you will need to provide the model/item number of the shower wall set that you have.

I've placed a sample image below to give you an idea of what to look for.

Hi Eric,

Regrettably I do not have the box that the wall top assembly came in but the one pictured looks identical. I bought Basin Tap assemblies ( Job No 6958959351510 ) Bath Set Assemblies ( Job No 6958959312429 ) and Shower Set Assemblies ( Job No 6958959312412 I think ) on 25 and 27 March 2019. We had a builder doing our renovations and I do not know who he used for the plumbing work and consequently do not have an invoice from a plumber for the work done but I did buy the taps, shower heads etc for the work. All of the purchases were made vat the Joondalup Bunnings facility, hope you can get the model or item number from this.  Kind regards, Steve
