Re: leaking toilet

Hello @shankor

Thank you for sharing your question about your toilet suit. Can you please tell us a little bit more in regards to the condition of your toilet. Is water inside the cistern still being held in or is it leaking into the pan? Where is the leak coming from or is the leak happening outside your toilet. As soon as we have more information about your toilet leak, we can then offer recommendations on how to move forward.

Here is a handy guide that will help: How to fix a leaking toilet

If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.

Re: leaking toilet

Hi @shankor,

You'll likely find that the circular ring around the buttons needs to be unscrewed anti-clockwise. This is the most common form of cover attachment. Once you've removed it, you can lift the cistern cover straight off.

Re: leaking toilet

Hi @shankor,

The most likely removal method is a quarter turn anti-clockwise, which should release the outlet. It will be quite stiff. Otherwise, the only other method would be with some type of clip retaining it.
