We'll definitely need a photo in order for our members to assess the condition of your aluminium window. But just to get you started, have you inspected the drain holes of the bottom track? Are they plugged up with debris? Has it just recently started to fill with water or has been going on for a while? Any extra information you can share about your windows condition would be very much appreciated.
