Hi, Ozito edge trimmer creates loud noise after the blade holding disc accidentally hit to a thick plant stem. What could be the reason? Please advise.
Thank you
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @tmrijesh. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about Ozito edge trimmers.
Is your machine under warranty? If so, I recommend you take it to your nearest Bunnings store to be assessed and replaced if necessary. Even if it is out of warranty you could still take it in so a Power Gardening team member can take a look and provide their opinion.
From your description, it's not possible to provide an answer as to what the reason for the noise could be. The disc could have detached partially from the drive shaft; the drive shaft could have bent, or there could be debris stuck in the head or any number of issues; that's why I recommend taking it to your nearest store for warranty assessment.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
