When raining, water leaking drop along logburner chinmey, I think chimney flashing area is problem.
We did to repair it with some silicon sealant, silicon sprary, and with a flashtac(tape) but resulted in vain.
Is there any idea to fix it?
Kindly regards
Sun Hwang
Hi Sun (@aucklsun)
Welcome to Workshop. We're pleased you could join us and look forward to reading all about your home improvement projects and plans. Feel free to post anytime you need a hand.
I know first hand that it can be very difficult to track down where and when water gets in when you discover a roof leak. Hopefully some clever Workshop members like @royq, @gippslandhome and @LePallet might have some suggestions for you before you engage a plumber.

Thank you @Jason for tagging some of the community members in. And yes welcome to the community @aucklsun
As Jason mentioned it can be very tricky to find water leaks in any part of the house excspecially when it's water from external into internal.
Is it possible to get a couple of pictures so we can identify your issues? That would be a great help.
It does sound like you have tried the right way but with the pictures it will be a clearer story.
Kind regards Rob 👍
