I enjoyed this story about Perth's most expensive renovation
http://www.house-nerd.com/articles/saving-le-fanu-from-ruin-to-perths-most-expensive-renovation
The house apparently cost almost $11 million to do up. Glad to see that it was saved and brought back to its former glory.
I've been watching the renovation of 1 Sackville Street, Kew here in Melbourne with interest. Someone is spending an awful lot on it.
The horrendous yellow brick flats are gone and the mansion is being restored. It's looking fantastic from the outside.
So good to see it saved, looks amazing
Anyone see this?

A terrace house in England that has a hand carved sandstone cave.
Here's a shot of the place in Kew that's being renovated. Looks very different now it doesn't have a bunch of flats at the front of it!
Incredible renovation - I love this
