Walking up and down the indoor lighting isles everyday I had never taken any notice ro this product until today and I decided to have a look and immediately thought what a fantastic concept that breaks the mold of the typical ceiling light / downlight.
Immediately I thought to the older houses with the old style large hole downlights installed where you either have to install expensive oversize downlights, adaptor rings or patch the holes, paint and re-cut the new holes.
These lights they say can be surface or recesses mounted, what grabbed my attention is the adjustable ceiling clips so you don't need to find the exact cutout size downlight or ring.
A 18w large surface lumenaire should be enough for most situations and 4000k temperature is a nice medium light at 120deg angle.
The light has a 80cm molded plug and lead so a socket outlet is required in the roof.
At the time of the post cost is $43.50 so that I not bad for a downlight of that size in comparison to others of that size.
Note. I have not installed or tested this product it's is only a post on what I feel is a really good concept in the market.

That looks like a great solution when retrofitting recessed downlights @CSParnell. I love the adjustable clip design; that's not something I've seen before.
