The red arrow is the roller blind motor.
The flashing that covers it is upturned. I need some advice. Should I extend the flashing to cover the entire roller blind.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @etmomoabc. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about repairing flashing.
I'd recommend applying a generous amount of Sika 11FC under the front edge of the flashing and placing a brick on it until the adhesive has set. That would likely solve the issue. You could certainly add an additional flashing if there were some reason to do so, like water was getting up and under the current one; in saying that, though, the Sika will likely seal out any water migrating under the flashing.
