just wondering how I would repair this?
Hello @Stacey123
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. Thank you for joining us and sharing your question about how to repair a paint split in your door frame.
In order to properly repair this paint split, we need to get a paint match from the store. I suggest tearing off a small patch of the paint near the split approximately the size of a 10C coin. Bring this sample to the store's paint counter and ask the paint specialist to colour match it. I suggest only getting the size of a Taubmans 250ml Sample Pot.
Once you have your matching sample pot, I recommend using Rocket Fine Sanding Sponge to sand the damaged area. Clean the area using a clean rag and then paint the damaged area. Please make sure to give enough time for the paint to dry off before putting on a second coat.
If you need more advice or information, please let us know.
