How to remove mould from walls?

What is the best way to clean mould from the laundry and bathroom walls?

Welcome to Bunnings Workshop and thanks for coming here for advice.

What I would look at before cleaning the mould off, is working out why this mould is occurring in the first place.

Are these rooms on the south side of the building where they don't get a lot of sun-light or are the windows compromised with build-up on them?

Do you have opening windows that are never opened in these rooms?

It seems like you have a lack of ventilation in these rooms toward the outside of the building.

Do you have fans that are ducted from these rooms out to the outside of the building through the soffits?

Could you please give us more information as to these two rooms, so that we may help you further.

Allow me to welcome you as well to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about removing mould from your laundry and bathroom walls.

It's great that you've received excellent advice from @MikeTNZ. Air movement inside the bathroom and laundry is vital to prevent condensation from forming on your walls. Constant formation of condensation leads to mould and mildew from forming on your wall. The installation of an exhaust fan in each room should fix the problem. 

However, if you wish to clean the walls of their current mould formation, I suggest using Oates Massive Four Post Squeeze Mop in combination with Selleys 750ml Rapid Mould Killer Remover. Spray the wall with the mould killer and use the squeeze mop along with a bucket of warm water and some liquid detergent mixed in. Do not use boiling water as this will damage the paint finish on your walls, scrub the walls with the squeeze mop and change the water in the bucket when it gets too dirty. Do one final rinse-off with warm water with no detergent and wipe the walls dry with a clean rag.
