Hi
We replaced the carriage rollers that were worn out with rolltrak adjustable carriage and convex roller
We put the roller brackets on the edge of the top of the door ( rather than centre). However when we hang the door, the door almost scrapes along the cavity wall - so 2mm gap ( onside where backets at on this top edge) but on the other side there is a 1cm gap in the cavity. See the photo.
Do we need to come the baskets 5mm ( half a centre metre towards the scraping side( so the door moved 5mm towards the 1cm gap? Or hoe do we fix it?
Thanks
Hi @MereChristmas,
Thank you for your question about reducing the gap on one side of your cavity sliding door.
You are correct that the solution will be moving the roller over by 5mm to account for the gap.
Ensure you measure and mark the location accurately, so it lines up exactly where you want it to.
Let me know if you have any other questions or require further assistance.
